 Tech and Nation Editor relation

I think that the tech editor and the nation editor should be related. For example, in the tech editor, you would invent the ability to make arches in the architecture, but in the nation you would decide if the species uses them in their buildings. Same thing for clothing, in the tech editor you may invent pants, but in the nation you would determine if you species uses them or not.

The nation editor will of course include options to assosciate and use technology and organisms.

With a high freedoms setting, the player wouldn't be able to force anyone to wear anything, and which clothing is more common will be randomly selected.

But of course, with a low freedoms setting you could force everyone to wear their Big Brother uniform.

Freedom setting. I like that. Maybe a scrollbar or something of the likes? Are there any other settings?
