We've got a few specialized members on the forum now, dealing in different areas. I think it may be a good idea at this point to start naming team leads. Right now I don't have anyone set up as a lead, although some positions are obvious.

If you would like to be a team lead, apply to ADMIN by PM. Apply for as many positions as you like.You may apply for joint leads with another member.

Answer:
What position would you like (one per PM)

What skills do you offer?

What have you contributed to your section already?

Why should you lead this team?

What do you plan to do as Team Lead?



Team Leads: What You Do
-You must be completely knowledgeable about the section of knowledge you preside over. Know everything about what's going on with it at all times.
-Keep the Wiki updated (you'll get a Wiki position if you don't have one already.)
-Keep the Devblog updated(you can post in the team Devblog section: try to do so at least once every 1-2 months)
-You must be commited to the project. This simply means that you check in whenever you can.
-You must exhibit leadership in the forum, esp. the forums you watch over. Keep people in line, we're growing fast.
-You must take into account opposing viewpoints- they make our project better.
-You moderate the sections of forum that you preside over (once you are appointed team lead, I will give you mod powers over your section [provided you don't already have them])

i'd like to help out with the art division, however I don't really have any useful skills when it comes to game content production, so I'll just wait in the sidelines until someone more skilled shows up Laughing

I'd like to be the Pacifism Team lead. ^^

Seriously though. As commited as I am to this project, I can't claim complete knowledge of any area. My skills are too spread out, and there are a couple issues where I cannot withhold my inner Squid of Anger. (BWAAAH STOP BEING BIGOTED AGAINST THE VERY CONCEPT OF RELIGION BWAAAAH!)

To be honest, I haven't a clue where I'd fit in at all, team lead or no. I mean, most of my knowledge rests in culture and history, but there are no clearly defined teams for something like that. I suppose either you'll just have to assign me to somewhere or let me wander as usual.

I might like to do something with marketing when we have more concrete stuff from the game to work with... but I think it might be best to have someone with actual knowlege of marketing do that.

On a related note, can I nominate myself for resident text editor? I can't think of much that would be more embarassing to us when we begin to advertize more widely than misspellings and poor grammar.

I have already applied for this position, but I would like to let everyone know that I would like to be the leader of the Sound Team.

I feel like I'm qualified, although I'm new to the project, but I feel I can really contribute a lot on this project. I've been cooking up some new stuff as well. It will be ready for discussion next week.
